- Annual fee of $2,500 per year, two-year discount at $2,250 per year, three-year discount at $2,175 per year
- Membership dues may be paid directly online via secure payment
Cost for Healthcare Systems (per hospital):
- Annual fee of $2300 per hospital within system; two-year discount at $2,070 per year per hospital, three-year discount at $2,000 per hospital per year
