Salary Surveys

2026 Salary Surveys are being compiled. If your organization would like to purchase, have any questions or would like additional information, please contact us at 301-731-4700 or email us at thehealthcarecouncil@healthcare-council.org. Participating organizations receive a 50% discount on the purchase of the survey results. We’re proud to share that there have been no price increases to our Salary Surveys over the years.

As the region’s only salary survey, we have two options to benefit your organization: the “Wage and Salary Survey” and the “Executive/Department Head Salary Survey.” The robust data for both surveys in 2026 combined cover 30+ facilities and 66,000+ employees in the DC Metro area.

With your purchase, you will receive access to a salary survey booklet and accompanying dashboard that allows you to simply select a job from a drop-down menu and see the salary information in an interactive way. You have the flexibility to view job data in multiple formats and filter the job data by the parameters that best align to your organization. The job dashboard also allows you to export dashboard content.
