Salary Surveys
2025 Salary Survey data collection is now taking place. If your organization is interested in participating in the data collection for our 2025 Salary Surveys, if you have any questions or would like additional information, please contact us at 301-731-4700 or email us at thehealthcarecouncil@healthcare-council.org. The deadline for data submission is March 31, 2025. For those participating in the data collection, there is a 50% discount towards purchase.
As the region’s only salary survey, we have two options to benefit your organization: the “Wage and Salary Survey” and the “Executive/Department Head Salary Survey.” The robust data for both surveys in 2024 combined cover 30+ facilities and 64,000+ employees in the DC Metro area.
New in 2024: A salary survey dashboard that allows you to simply select a job from a drop-down menu and see the salary information in an interactive way. You have the flexibility to view job data in multiple formats and filter the job data by the parameters that best align to your organization. The job dashboard also allows you to export dashboard content.

The Healthcare Council is delighted to be joining forces with Ceca for Celebrating America’s Care Force, a national initiative that uses effective storytelling to highlight the invaluable contributions of care workers across the continuum of care—in hospitals, rehab facilities, skilled nursing centers, senior living communities, homecare and hospice organizations and more. We know that people are the backbone of the American care industry, and with a workforce suffering from high levels of burnout and chronic staffing shortages straining the industry, we believe deeply that caregivers’ contributions are worth honoring and that the industry is worth celebrating. Learn more and access the toolkit for submitting your stories on Ceca’s website.
